Cleaning systems
Unter Reinigungssystemen werden die Vorrichtungen verstanden, die das Steigrohr des Abschäumers reinigen. Dies ist sehr wichtig, da insbesondere Verunreinigungen des Steigrohrs im Abschäumer dazu führen, dass die Leistung des Abschäumers abnimmt.
Von daher ist die Reinigung des Steigrohrs bei der regelmäßigen Wartung des Abschäumers sehr wichtig. Dabei unterstützen die Reinigungssysteme. Diese bestehen aus einem separatem Deckel, an den eine Reinigungslippe eingebaut ist. Durch Drehen des Deckels entfernt die Reinigungslippe im Steigrohr des Abschäumers Verklebungen und sorgt so für eine gute Performance des Abschäumers.
Die Reinigungssysteme gibt es manuell oder automatisch mit einem Motor, der die Reinigungslippe in Intervallen automatisch reinigt.
Mit dem Einsatz dieser Reinigungssysteme wird die Reinigung des Abschäumers vereinfacht und sichergestellt, dass der Abschäumer mit einer konstanten Leistung arbeiten kann.
